He helped us by suggesting great tips for finding our first home like availability of amenities like parking, room to entertain guests, nearby stores and filling us in on the neighborhoods we looked at homes in. He was very knowledgeable and was not afraid to have serious discussions about not overpaying just to buy something in a tough market.
